When plant pathologist and microbiologist David Scott and Susie Snodgrass transferred their enterprise to Glen Innes, David, from a fifth generation district family, ‘çame home’. Their products are sold at Sydney Opera House’s Bennelong Restaurant, several other Sydney outlets, at New England markets and festivals and online.
